DESIGN CONSULTATION - SURVEY
This is the first step in the process of installing an elevator. We will coordinate with architectural, construction, and mechanical and electrical units to provide comprehensive and optimal design solutions for the investor. Ensure that the elevator shaft construction design drawings and electrical and water systems are deployed as soon as possible, avoiding problems if there is no initial design and coordination.
MECHANICAL - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Elevator installation consists of two main parts: mechanical installation and electrical installation. After the mechanical construction team completes the installation, the electrical construction team will connect and complete the test run and calibrate the equipment before inspection and handover.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
After the elevator is completely installed, it will be inspected by a state-licensed unit under the witness of the investor and the elevator supplier. The inspection unit is responsible for checking and issuing a certificate to the elevator if it meets the technical requirements as prescribed by law.
ACCEPTANCE AND HANDOVER
We will hand over all documents related to the elevator after inspection for customers to keep as a basis for future inspection as well as for more convenience in operation and maintenance. Instructions on how to operate, handle incidents and clean the elevator properly to ensure the safety and aesthetics of the elevator during use.
